  1. I like the position of the woman but not of the man. Her head should be nearly at ground level and her legs held way up in the air. I’d do this by having her kneel on a small couch and bend all the way over the back of the couch until her hands are touching the ground. Her legs would then be held by two people who would perhaps also hold her hips as well.

  3. I have been punished in this very pose a couple of times by an old boyfriend. Not the most comfortable by any stretch of the imagination. However, it has the benefit of if you don’t have knickers on, the chap (or lady) administering the punishment can put a smile on your face quite easily!!
